But like… the one thing that sucks is that me and Tyler’s anniversary is September 9th. And it makes me want to cry thinking that we won’t be together for it. Am I being stupid?

I don’t think you should base it on that. I don’t think Tyler would want you to throw away the opportunity because of your anniversary (but, then again, I don’t know her, so I don’t know what she would want). And maybe you can celebrate your anniversary early?
